Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing quality verbal and written support services to customers. This position is also responsible for handling general business questions along with vendor inquiries.
Answer customer calls and resolve issues or concerns within predefined parameters
Respond to customer complaints by the timely coordination of field input where required
Respond to internet inquires or concerns and resolve as needed
Maintain files and report the monthly activity of calls
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Customer and business focused
