Basic Job Functions:
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative include but are not limited to:
Successfully assisting in the sales of pre-engineered building projects for the division.
Assisting in covering sales territories for District Sales Managers where additional support is needed due to vacation time, etc.
Working with customers and their project plans and specifications to generate project takeoffs for creating pre-engineered building scopes of work.
Gathering market information to assist in setting a selling and pricing strategy for each project.
Traveling with District Sales Managers to assist in customer visits, new business development, and order review process.
Training customers in the use of metal building estimating software.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in construction or building materials field.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Willingness and ability to travel to meet with customers, possibly on short notice.
Required to have and keep a valid driver's license.
