Requirement:

Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair equipment
-
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Duties:
-Perform handyman services including but not limited to dry wall repair, painting, grouting -Manage warranty work as necessary during warranty appointments.
-Ensure all trades meet all safety standards in accordance with OSHA and state regulation in Texas and NM
-Discuss reoccurring warranty items at weekly construction and warranty meetings
-Inspect and measure quality of houses for completed houses
-Support the office with in-house warranty work as necessary
-Request reviews from internal and external customers. - Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
