Our client, Legal industry is seeking a Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Mail Clerk you will be part of the Incoming Mail Department supporting Operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, administration and office skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift Mail Clerk
Location: El Segundo, Ca
Pay Range: $18.00-$19.50
What’s the Job?
Supporting the incoming Mail department .
Data Entry and review of credito information.
Mail handling including but not limited to sorting, opening, and distributing mail.
Process various document types from multiple business lines.
Use of various mailroom equipment including scanners, and microsoft excel to input data.
What’s Needed?
Ability to learn and navigate propiertary software and applications.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel and Outlook.
Minimum of 1 year of office experience.
What’s in it for me?
