Our client is leading their industry dedicated to delivering superior quality products to their customers. As they continue to grow, we are joining forces in seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join their team and uphold their commitment to excellence.
Position Overview: As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality program. You will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related policies, procedures, audits, and incidents, ensuring compliance with ISO, PPAP, and First Article program requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to address quality issues, conduct customer visits, and review customer CARs.
Lead efforts to achieve on-time delivery goals and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate quality programs to minimize quality claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and IATF certifications, complete PPAPs, and First Article Inspections as required by customers.
Transfer SOPs, procedures, and policies to market activities.
Pursue continuous education in quality management and maintain internal auditor certification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science field or related technical discipline.
3-5 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing or distribution.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience using 2 axis coordinate measuring machine and other measuring tools.
