Position Summary
Responsible for managing a portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI)
projects. Leader of a cross-functional team to manage the scope, timing,
and budget of NPI projects.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of NPI projects:\
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives,
involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility</li>
- Develop detailed project plans to drive project tasks and track
progress to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and on budget</li>
- Coordinate and monitor the allocation and availability of internal
resources to ensure sufficient project support.\
-Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects</li>
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to communicate
project schedule progress and risks.
- Work to meet your personal Project Management KPIs.
- Monthly, investigate and provide root cause analysis when KPIs are
not met. Implement approved corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as required.\

Salary Range - \$95,000-\$110,000
Education, Experience & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Biomedical Engineering
preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering role for product
development, introduction and/or manufacturing process development.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects. Projects deal with
manufacturing processes (build to print and new development) in a
low volume, high mix manufacturing environment.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
