JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Make dimensional or mechanical destructive and
non-destructive tests to ensure product and process quality - Document
data and communicate results on problem areas to manufacturing and
Quality Manager - Perform first piece inspections and subsequent tests
as required by customer specifications - Assist as required in
developing customer specific tests or techniques - Supply immediate
feedback to Shift Supervision and all lead personnel on any part
discrepancies - Inspect incoming material (as required) for conformance
to specifications or coating requirements - Document all results on
appropriate test records - Assist as required, in all ISO related
activities, including internal and external audits - Perform titration
and pH analysis of washing system, adjusting caustic and acid as
required - Analyze customer concerns for Viable and Non-Viable
recommendations - Audit manufacturing set-ups and information
requirements and make corrections as necessary - Perform and analyze
limited Designed Experiments - Create and maintain as required all
statistical process control charts - Take inventory of laboratory
supplies - Calibrates laboratory equipment as required - Other duties as
required ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school
diploma or equivalent and 2 years of prior experience - Excellent
communication skills, including oral and written - Computer literate
