We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk
on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks for a busy tax and accounting practice.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact
for our firm. Duties include offering administrative support across the
organization as needed. You will welcome and greet our clients and you
will be answering the switchboard and transferring calls, so a pleasant,
welcoming and patient personality is a must, as is the ability to
multitask. Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are
required. This position may have overtime weekend hours required during
tax season. The position is full-time, with benefits including health
insurance, retirement plan and paid time off. Compensation will be set
based on experience. Full training will be provided for this position.
