SUMMARY:
The Foundry Planning Supervisor (FPS) reports to the Foundry Manager and has daily interactions with all Foundry departments. The FPS's top priority is to lead by managing their own words and behaviors, setting an example that engages employees, owning the production scheduling process that leads to safely producing quality castings and on-time deliverables to our customers, working closely with the Foundry Manager to direct the day-to-day scheduling activities of each department, and providing support to other departments when needed.
