- Ensure the development and implementation of appropriate programs
that will meet the needs of CAHRAs clients, present and future.
- Secure and train appropriate staff to implement these policies
established by the Board of Directors.
- Supply, manage and evaluate all programs and personnel, within
budget guidelines, to insure effective and efficient agency
operations.
- Promulgate and support Board Policies and Procedures.
- Assist the Board with overall needs assessment, planning, budgeting,
evaluation and community coordination activities including but not
limited to grant writing, fundraising and other methods of
increasing overall support for CAHRA.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the
Board of Directors
- Act as directed by the Board, as liaison with state, federal and
local officials and promote CAHRAs image and significance with the
community.
- Other management and/or administrative responsibilities as may be
assigned or directed by the Board of Directors.
AUTHORITY
- Authorized to develop and implement appropriate programs within
guidelines and priorities established by the Board.
- Authorized to deploy staff and other agency resources to facilitate
the attainment of programmatic goals.
- Authorized to recruit, screen, train and evaluate personnel,
pursuant to Policies and Procedures established by the Board.
- Authorized to stimulate and work toward permanent and constructive
changes in community institutions, thereby promoting
self-sufficiency for the agencys client population.
