Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write and follow directions. Basic computer skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical, Low Voltage electrical, heating/cooling and general repairs.
- Must be familiar with and adhere to all the safety rules and regulations for the University Safety Policy which apply to the work environment.
- Know how to Lockout/Tagout equipment.
Valid driver's license.
