salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

Office Management and Support:

  • Streamline office procedures and aid colleagues to boost efficiency.

  • Supervise day-to-day operations and administrative functions.

  • Ensure swift handling of communications and maintain precise records.

  • Manage supplies and promptly address any office-related issues.

  • Collaborate across departments to uphold company policies.

  • Arrange travel arrangements and oversee calendars and appointments.

Business Development:

  • Foster relationships with local professionals like healthcare providers, tradesmen, realtors, and property managers.

  • Initiate outbound calls to pursue business opportunities and maintain client engagement.

Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Execute payroll tasks and oversee accounts payable and receivable.

  • Perform accounting reconciliations and manage filing systems.

  • Review and approve supply orders while assigning clerical duties.

  • Prepare essential contracts, forms, and reports.

Client Services:

  • Coordinate client appointments and ensure timely scheduling.

Additional Duties:

  • Fulfill any other assigned responsibilities.
