Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting and working within the SEC and Technical Accounting teams on the preparation of the Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q and the Annual Report on Form 10-K and assisting in the preparation of additional company filings
Research GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Assist in the management of the stock-based compensation accounting and reporting process
Help manage the maintenance of, and improve, internal controls related to both the SEC reporting and stock-based compensation accounting processes
Compile information necessary to draft financial statement footnotes
Assist external auditors with annual audit and quarterly reviews
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
Master’s Degree and/or CPA are a plus
2+ years of financial accounting experience is required
Public accounting experience is preferred with some exposure to SEC reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
ASC 718 experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with financial consolidation software
Ability to work independently
Experience with MS Office Suite required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively communicate and establish working relationships with other departments and personnel
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
