Reporting to the EMEA Service Sales Manager, the Service Sales Territory
Manager is responsible for generating service revenue against their targets
for territories within their EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have
previous experience in a similar role, be pro-active, have excellent
communication skills, and be able to work with an international team.
Fluency in English and French is essential.
Our ideal candidate lives in the Berkshire area and is able to work a hybrid
home/in-office schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing quotations on contract renewals.
* Providing warranty renewals via partners or direct to end users.
* Daily management of the salesforce.com tool.
* Managing service requests.
* Assisting partners on quoting from Quantum WW Price Book or ASP Partner
Program.
* Working in close partnership with Service Sales Territory Managers across
EMEA and APAC territories, providing cover when required.
* Assisting and working with Service Sales Teams in US.
* Working closely with the EMEA and APAC sales teams, communicating leads
for new business, customer concerns, and/or issues.
* Working closely with EMEA finance to ensure new accounts are created
correctly, purchase orders are raised, invoices are paid, etc.
* Producing regular reports and metrics as requested.
* Attending regular Quantum Sales or Company meetings, both in the UK and
internationally on occasion.
* Assisting the technical support team in resolving customer data issues.
Required Skills and/or Experience:
* 2+ years relevant experience with an inside sales or professional customer
service role preferred. Previous experience working in a customer services or
service sales environment would be a useful asset, particularly dealing with
partners and end-users in a multi-tiered environment.
- Must be fluent in English and French. Other languages beneficial but not
required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong follow-up.
- Must be PC literate - knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word,
Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with and ability to use Salesforce.com and ERP software
(Microsoft D365 and/or Oracle CRM) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Professional attitude, willing to learn and develop in a role.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work on your own and in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
