Pope Distributing Company is searching for warehouse position applicants. This safety sensitive warehouse position is responsible for building the pallets and carts of product for specific stores. The employee will properly and efficiently stack cases of product on a pallet or cart according to how the handheld device instructs the employee. This warehouse position will then load pallets onto trailers using electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts. Prior forklift and/or electric pallet jack experience is preferred, but not required.
STARTING PAY NOW AT \$12/hour with opportunity to progress to \$16/hour with consistent attendance and strong work ethic on a daily basis!
This position works Monday-Friday, with multiple shifts available, including 10am-7pm and 1pm-9pm. Applicants must be able to lift 40lbs on a regular basis, and up to 160lbs on an occasional basis. This position also requires employees to walk long distances on hard surfaces. All employees are required to pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
