We are offering a contract with the option to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper, located in Erlanger, Kentucky. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data and adhering to federal, state, and company policies. Your responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, handling both accounts payable and receivable, and managing bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures
• Executing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Performing data entry tasks and managing the payroll process
• Utilizing QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for various bookkeeping tasks
• Ensuring compliance with all internal processes
• Efficiently managing the month-end close process
• Utilizing QuickBooks online for various financial operations.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and able to maintain accurate financial records
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Skilled in conducting Bank Reconciliations to verify the company's financial records
• Demonstrated expertise in Bookkeeping and maintaining a clear and accurate financial ledger
• Proficiency in Data Entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas
• Experience with Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Ability to manage Payroll, including processing payments and handling tax-related matters
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software for managing financial transactions and reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, demonstrating the ability to work in a cloud-based environment.
