As the eProcurement Analyst you will be responsible for establishing and developing digital integrations with customers through Punchout, EDI, CIH, API’s and other eProcurement functionalities. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams for integrations development and execution. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Be responsible for developing processes and practices for digital integrations.

• Be engaged with Operations, Customer Care, and Information Technology teams to design, scope, propose and lead all integration project execution.

• Be engaged with Customers on defining scope, requirements, testing, needs, project cadence and timeline to support integration and adoption on customer’s end.

• Be engaged with sales force on identifying, prospecting, and supporting integrations’ proposals to customers.

• Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to monitor digital integrations bookings and transactions, and customer success.

• Ensure full compliance with Legal and Company’s requirements with regards to Trade Compliance and Ethical Business and follow necessary procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any other related fields or experience.

• At least 1 year job related experience in any of these additional areas: IT Projects, eProcurement integrations, eCommerce

• Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications as other reporting tools.

• English Proficiency (Written & Oral) B2 Level

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Portuguese preferred.

• Specific knowledge and experience on Punchout, EDI and APIs preferred.
