Nestle Integrations Consultant - OMS (Supply Chain) in Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for a Integration Consultant specialized in Order Management System integrations projects to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role

You will be at the heart of Nespresso’s Supply Chain, designing and optimizing Direct-to-Consumer processes while enhancing the supporting tech platforms.

As a Supply Chain Business Intregations Consultant / OMS Expert, you will analyze and define business requirements, translating them into a product backlog while aligning with global and local stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to expert, responsible for product documentation and ensuring smooth integration of our Order and Transport Management Systems (OMS/TMS).

Your role involves improving processes, facilitating agile delivery, and collaborating across teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead discussions, mentor junior developers, and ensure solutions align with IT and business needs. Your expertise, clarity, and facilitation skills will be key to the team’s success.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Support Business & Tech Teams: Provide expertise, direction, and context for new developments and implementations, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Requirements & Feasibility: Identify business needs, gather requirements, and conduct feasibility assessments to scope projects effectively.

  • Solution Design & Execution: Define specifications, estimate resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of OMS/TMS platforms.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Validate and test developments, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems (ERPs) and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

  • Training & Documentation: Provide documentation, training, and coaching for business users, development, and support teams to drive smooth adoption.

  • Optimization & Best Practices: Leverage expertise in OMS platforms (Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, Microsoft D365 IOM) to enhance supply chain flows while maintaining best practices and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in Supply Chain, OMS, TMS, WMS or a relevant/related functional area.

  • Experience in OMS platforms such as Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, or Microsoft D365 IOM.

  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.

  • Strong business analysis and analytical thinking skills.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience working on Supply Chain, OMS, TMS, WMS initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP system, POS system and e-Commerce.

  • Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain module.

  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
