Tom Ford Beauty is a covetable collection of cosmetics and fragrances, shaped with Tom Ford’s singular vision of modern glamour and crafted with the ultimate in quality and luxury. Tom Ford Beauty is looking for a new product marketing intern for January 2024 willing to work with a multicultural and multidisciplinary team in a fast-pacing environment.

About your responsibilities:

PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Product category coordinating supporting Product Marketing manager on: assortment (product and testers), launch guidelines, delivery of lab samples and shipments to affiliates.

  • Coordinate Market sample process at regional level, supporting product deliver and coordinating needs between affiliates and Global supply teams.

  • Conduct Deep dive Analysis on Competitive launches, product or subcategories in Fragrance and Makeup, to identify opportunities and provide relevant insights.

  • In store execution check (monthly store visit) both TFB & competition

  • Participate and help develop presentations for Regional meetings with Brand teams and/or Retailers.

  • Direct contact with local teams is 18 affiliates to provide support Product marketing related queries.

REPORTING

  • Monthly Key Launch Report: consolidation of Brand launch performance reports from affiliates and provide insights.

  • Monthly NPD market analysis: analysis to review TFB brand and product performance, competitive analysis, review category trends and evolution, and identified areas of growth.

  1. Contribution to monthly highlight report with: NPD, competitor overview, new trends and Retail Sales consolidation from markets.

  2. Monthly Competitors follow up: review new launches, instore and e-store execution.

  3. New product launches: help create regional forecasting guidelines, update Bulletin tracker and gather 1st Results (qualitative and quantitative). Submit lab samples to all affiliates.

  4. Online Audit: in partnership with Online team, review online TFB brand boutiques execution.

  5. Excess monthly report and presentation reparation.

  6. Office stock inventory and organization.

  7. Coordinate product orders and shipments for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

About You:

Minimum Education Level:

Higher Education (Bac 5, from a Business school or university)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience:

Ideally at least 1-year work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector, sensitive for luxury industry. Previous, relevant marketing experience.

Required Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French. Other European language is a plus.

Additional Job Specifications:

  • Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills: including Microsoft 365 Office programs, Advanced Excel and Power Point, ideal but not mandatory knowledge of Panel Data tools (NPD, Nielsen).

  • Resourceful, proactive and enjoys working in fast-paced environment

  • Able to handle a multitude of projects at one time and meet deadlines

  • Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and independent

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and work well under pressure
