The Senior Banking Advisor Float will provide new and existing clients with solutions and resources to serve all their financial needs and will work to grow relationships that are mutually beneficial for the client and bank. The primary responsibility for this position will be to develop and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities Advisors are expected to gain full banking relationships with clients. Therefore, being familiar with ALL that Lake Ridge Bank has to offer is paramount to success in addition to maintaining expertise of all deposit and consumer loan products and services. Resolve client needs/problems/issues and provide high quality personalized service. Actively sell deposit and consumer loan products and services by utilizing effective sales skills including listening, being persuasive and building confidence and trust with clients and potential clients. Open deposit accounts for clients including but not limited to checking, savings, CDs as well as properly completing all account paperwork. Process transactions such as cashing checks, account withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc. while balancing and maintaining a cash drawer. Follow through with onboarding new clients/new accounts. Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, existing clients, and potential clients.
