Who We Need:
The Director of Program Development and Family Support is responsible for leading and managing a professional team who provide professional, high quality customer service to potential and existing participants and their families. The Director of Program Development and Family Support will ensure Agency census targets are achieved while maintaining highest level of quality and integrity. This candidate will work collaboratively with Agency leadership with the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
What We Need:
Align with Organizational Goals: Develop and execute innovative admission strategies which increase rate of admissions to support strategic goals.
Lead Agency with Innovation: Improve department outcome through innovative transformations which are efficient and outcome oriented; assess operational areas impacting admissions/program growth and develop solutions.
Implement Best Practices: Cultivate and nurture relationships with community organizations, funding sources and families to ensure organization maintains a positive relationships and bolster referral and admission rates. Proactively engage existing families and program participants and build sustainable and long term positive relationships.
Leadership Change Agent: Drive innovation and collaboration across agency departments through the use of the Interdisciplinary process; strategic growth planning and team succession planning.
