Senior Behavioral Shift Manager
Up to $24.50/hour
Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts Available, Mercer County, NJ
Who We Need :
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic Behavioral Shift Managers to work with higher-tiered behavioral consumers. Applicants will act as the shift lead and work directly with a variety of behavioral health professionals. This is a great opportunity for experienced behavior technicians interested in furthering their careers and developing as supervisors. The Arc provides continuing education, and strong supervision, and supports employees in creating a path to reach their professional goals.
What We Need:
Current RBT certification or active enrollment in an RBT certification program
Previous Supervisory experience needed
Previous experience working with behavioral clients and willingness to participate in the agency's ongoing Applied Behavioral Training Program
Assisting with developing treatment strategies, as well as daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities and community involvement, and personal hygiene
Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation and oversight
Accompany individuals to and from various appointments
What You Need :
High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of behavioral health experience
Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
