Description:
Employees will be cutting and assembling window frames to length per custom job orders from clients. Once the aluminum framing is cut, the units are assembled using hand/power/air tools. When they have been inspected visually and using a tape measurer for quality, the glass will be placed via a suction crane into the unit. Assemblers then complete the unit on a rolling conveyor line. The finished units are transported to glazing and trim areas where a tint is added via manual/automatic pump. Once this is completed, units will be packed into wooden crates for shipment and loaded onto flat bed trucks for delivery.
