Job Description
CWS is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to perform full life
cycle recruiting and support leadership with growing our business. The
Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying,
recruiting, contacting, and screening personnel to fill company
vacancies and assist with new business opportunities.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Gain a thorough understanding of job descriptions and requirements in
order to source qualified candidates.
* Post positions and source recruiting sites to identify and attract
quality, cost-competitive candidates on recruiter networks, job sites,
and social media.
* Review online applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, and
conduct pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience,
availability, interest level, and salary requirements.
* Work with management to select qualified candidates and create offer
letters per their direction.
* Manage all offer letters and paperwork for selected candidates.
* Maintain communications with applicants up until start date.
* Proactively build CWS\'s talent pipeline and network of potential
candidates by identifying, screening, interviewing, and assessing
candidates for future growth targets and goals.
* Maintain appropriate records, create and maintain tracking reports in
relation to compiled research.
* May assist determining titles and salaries, ensuring compliance with
budget and contractual requirements.
* Assist in creating, editing, and modifying position descriptions to
ensure advertisements meet all requirements.
* Collaborate with the business development team to develop recruitment
campaigns that meet proposal requirements.
* Performance of other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor\'s degree and at least five years of experience in full life
cycle technical recruitment in a dynamic environment recruiting
engineers, IT and project support candidates for the government sector,
and cleared positions. Equivalent combinations of education and
experience will be considered.
* Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling
sensitive information.
* Flexible, willing to take on more responsibilities as needed, and
devote time necessary to complete deadlines.
* Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
* Strong communication skills are required.
* Experience in a government contracting environment is preferred.

* This is primarily a remote role, with preference being to a candidate
in the St. Louis area.
