Front Desk Specialist performs clerical and reception functions for the
Opioid Triage Center Front Office. Shift: 7:30am-3:30pm Salary:

telephone lines and check messages Check-in and Check-out Patients
Accurately and Timely Open Batch and Enter Transactions, Collect Co-pays
Check and Run Insurances and Change PCP (Read and Write Chart Notes)
Verify Demographic Information at Check-in (Phone, Address, PCP)
Understanding of Alerts -How to read, enter and remove Knowledge of
Sliding Fee, Waiver form, release of records, and other forms Adding
Insurance Cards and Picture to Patient Chart. Responsible for informing
and registering patients for patient portal. Obtain all appropriate
signatures for patient forms. Experience and Skills: Education &
Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to multitask in a
high-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and compassionate when working with
clients. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other
professionals and maintain appropriate boundaries. Sensitivity to
diversity issues and a commitment to cultural competency. Bilingual
(English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred.
