Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for building egress windows, repairing home foundations due to earth shifts, performing demolition of existing buildings, and installing enclosures and drain pipes. Training will be provided for all tasks.
Responsibilities
Build and install egress windows.
Repair home foundations affected by earth shifts.
Perform demolition of existing buildings.
Install enclosures and drain pipes.
Operate skid steer and other construction equipment as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in foundation construction.
Knowledge of egress window installation.
Experience in construction, preferably with a construction outfit or in foundation/flatwork concrete crews, underground construction crews, or framing.
Carpentry skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferably some experience in construction or outdoor work such as lawn care, landscaping, or concrete work.
Experience with operating skid steer and other construction equipment.

Work Environment
You will be working outside on construction sites, typically in a crew of 3-4 people. The job requires the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. The typical work hours are from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with extended hours during the peak summertime season.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
