Job Title: Layout Technician
Job Description
In this role, you will work in the layout shop alongside 1 to 2 other technicians. You will assist the lead designer in creating stencils through computer software used for the coating process of gravestones. We seek someone with production experience and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Identify correct stencils for the appropriate stones.
Spray stencils with dye to highlight perforated lines of design.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail by aligning stencils perfectly on stones.
Follow the correct order of operations in removing layers of the stencils for painting, blasting, coating, etc.
Use an exacto knife to remove parts of the stencil.
Move stones along rolling systems into the production floor.
Proofread and check the quality and accuracy of designs.
Assist with cleaning and final quality checks of the product.
Perform other work-related duties as required.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
Ability to stand on feet for the entire shift
Comfortable with repetitive work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
