Ervin Cable Field Office Clerk in Farmington, Arkansas

Overview

A successful Field Office Data Entry Clerk shall process daily, weekly, and summary production reports from employees and contractors for input into the accounting/payroll systems; provide administrative support by performing data entry duties, such as; verifying data and preparing materials for input and printing.

Essential Functions:

In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience:

• the ability to work safely, with or without supervision;

• the ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing;

• the ability to organize work load to determine priority of duties;

• excellent manual dexterity;

• the ability to answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages;

Responsibilities:

• Completion of low level tasks in support of an assigned department/project.

• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project.

• Create, update, validate and forward various forms of communication to internal and external recipients.

• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.

• Additional Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior work related experience.

• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)

• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Workplace Environment and Physical Demands:

To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions. Work is performed indoors and in a typical office environment.
