Description
We are offering a long-term remote contract employment opportunity for a SAP Ariba Security Administrator. The individual will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Ariba security, collaborating with various teams to define and implement security policies, conducting security assessments, and staying updated with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Ariba security through proper administration and maintenance
• Collaborate with IT and other functional teams to establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Oversee user roles, permissions, and access controls for SAP Ariba modules in accordance with organizational policies
• Maintain detailed records of SAP Ariba security configurations, incident response procedures, and security policies
• Conduct routine security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and initiate corrective actions
• Stay abreast with industry best practices and security trends, applying relevant updates and improvements to the Ariba/Fieldglass platform(s)
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on security-related matters and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure configurations for Ariba and Fieldglass
• Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement remediation measures
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Ariba security, configurations, processes, and procedures
• Keep informed about SAP Ariba and Fieldglass product updates and implement new security features when necessary.
