Responsibilities
Greet guests positively and timely,demonstrating skill in dealing with customer complaints and defusing charged situations
Conduct cash escorts and patrol parking lot and ancillary buildings as assigned
Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity
Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor
Maintaincrowd control anda secure presence on the gaming floor
Operate motorized vehicle when necessary
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a valid driver’s license, New York State Security Guard license, and licensed by the NY State Gaming Commission
Must pass an MVR check, and take a drug test
Ability to work across departmental lines with guests and vendors
Previous security supervisory or law enforcement experience preferred
Gaming background a plus
Physical Requirements
Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
