You will be responsible for creating and executing a regional marketing communications plan, primarily focused on lead generation. You will implement and drive a variety of projects across different channels, including Events, Advertising & PR, Digital Campaigns (incl. online ads, PPC), and Social Media. Lead/ROI tracking, reporting, and accounting are all part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes a regional marketing communications plan.

  • Promotional & lead generation focus across multi-channel (Events, Webinars, Ads, PR, Social Media, Digital Campaigns, Digital PPC / Landing Pages/ Online ads, copywriting).

  • Localises central content/plans.

  • Aims to maximise return on investment by ensuring effective spend leads to quality lead generation.

  • Organise and lead local employee communication and engagement events as well as charity events to support a strong employer brand and company culture.

  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.

Essential :

  • Solid experience of industrial marketing principles, programs and techniques and how they are used to generate leads and build brand awareness.

  • Developed capability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In-Design, Premiere Pro, etc.) and a demonstrable technical proficiency for using and learning software tools, such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), CRM, modern web CMS, Google Analytics and other marketing tools.

  • Must be detail-oriented, have exceptional time and business process management skills and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment

  • Experience in international, multi-cultural environments

  • European Language skills - (French, German, Dutch, Polish)

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis as required.
