ATTENTION: This position is for a 12-hour, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift, four
days on, four days off.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High school diploma is required. Technical degree required in
such disciplines as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related
field, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE: Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC),
Data Center, or Technical Customer Service center, responding to real
time issues and challenges in a 24/7/365 environment. Experience writing
Method of Procedures documentation.
JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS:

Strong troubleshooting skills through execution and documenting of
resolution
Familiar with how network, OS, storage, and applications interact in a
large-scale environment.
Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate clearly and
concisely with leadership staff, service partners and vendors

MAJOR JOB TASKS:
This individual will monitor and troubleshoot OzarksGo\'s network, VOIP,
and video systems. Trains NOC team on best practice use of the systems.
Contributes to multiple projects simultaneously. Relies on experience
and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work
of others.

Working in a 24/7/365 environment to monitor and respond to
enterprise-wide technical operational issues. The work schedule is four
days on followed by four days off working 12-hour shifts.
Repair and recover from hardware and software failures while escalating
and communicating with the appropriate Engineering groups.
Troubleshoot and resolve network performance and reliability issues.
Coordinate hardware problems and repairs with the appropriate service
partners and vendors
Communicate issues in real time to stakeholders effectively, clearly,
over multiple channels (phone, IM, etc.)
Assist to maintain documentation of configuration and troubleshooting
procedures to facilitate other team members and departments.
Support Engineering groups on network system deployments, performance
optimizations, and upgrades
Close daily interaction between all other OzarksGo groups (CSRs,
Engineering, OSP, etc.)
Answer commercial and wholesale customer support calls as needed to
assist the CSR/TSR teams.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues with networking systems, video and
application infrastructure and data center/hut facilities (HVAC, fire
suppression, power systems and door security)
Provision static IP addresses, EBGP, and multicast for commercial and
wholesale customers.
Troubleshoot network issues with GPON, XGS-PON, 400 Gbps ethernet, DWDM,
MPLS, VRF, ISIS, SR, RSVP, PCEP, NG-MVPN, and MB-BGP.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to operate all equipment normally found in an office
environment. Must have valid driver\'s license without violation, which
would prohibit insurability.

policy/procedure manuals, and effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and
the general public. Must be able to apply advanced mathematical concepts
such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
