Lead and manage the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry regulations Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team Contribute to the development of the firm's technology strategy Conduct technical design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, providing guidance and expertise to the team Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and application within the firm Ensure that robust QA/QC processes are in place and followed consistently throughout the development lifecycle Support the team in their QA/QC responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT acceptance criteria and ensure user satisfaction with the final product Advocate for the importance of clear and comprehensive documentation.
