Production Line Worker

General Summary :

  • Perform various manual tasks involved in the preparation, processing, packaging, and inspection of products.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications :

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

  • Experience working in production or manufacturing

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

  • Basic communication skills and self-motivation.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Functions :

  • Handle raw materials and perform tasks such as defrosting, hooking, hanging, racking, cutting, stuffing, weighing, scaling, labeling, boxing, and palletizing.

  • Move products between different temperature areas using carts or racks.

  • Inspect product for quality and consistency.

  • Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.

  • Record production data, such as product counts and weights.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working in various temperatures.

Pay Range : $18.00 and paid weekly

Schedules:

Monday-Friday 630am-2:30pm or we have a night shift schedule open as well 3:00pm-11:30pm (you can only choose one shift)
