(Illustrative Only)\ Installs, maintains, repairs, and performs system checks on facility sub-systems\ Operates a variety of tools and equipment\ Performs inspections according to departmental schedule and recommends repairs, upgrades, and/or replacements\ Prepares and maintains records and reports\ May assist with facility projects and purchasing\ Ensures that facilities are adequately maintained to meet users\' needs\ May act as lead worker\ \ Essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: driving; working with and around other employees; vision acuity (near & far) to perform daily work tasks; hearing and speech for communicating with co-workers about work directives; finger dexterity for threading nuts and bolts; environmental factors include working outside in all weather conditions, also dealing with noise and vibration being in a vehicle.
