POSITION SUMMARY:\
Working under general supervision and with moderate difficulty this
posi?on is responsible for researching,\
developing, and implemen?ng effec?ve recrui?ng and staffing strategies
to atract a diverse pool of\
qualified and capable talent for the organiza?on.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment
process.\
Iden?fies and implements recruitment methods and strategies and
evaluates current and poten?al
markets based on the posi?on job requirements, industry standards, best
prac?ces, and the needs\
of the Agency.
Post and adver?se job vacancies to promote and ensure NACOG branding and
enhance online\
recruitment presence.
Monitor, follow up with incoming applica?ons via job boards and NACOG
Employment portal and\
maintain communica?on with applicants.
Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates,
delivering excep?onal candidate\
care and ensuring that candidates are effec?vely pre-screened before
inclusion into the recruitment\
process.
Coordinates candidate review packets for distribu?on to hiring
managers.\
Maintain and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure interview
ques?ons and other recruitment
and selec?on materials are up to date.\
Schedules interviews and competency tes?ng\
Conducts reference checks and educa?on verifica?on.\
Collaborates with hiring manager and recommended candidate to facilitate
offer of employment.\
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and
regula?ons, and company
policies in rela?on to recruitment processes.\
Represents the agency job/career fairs and recrui?ng sessions.\
Stay up to date on current and emerging recruitment and sourcing trends
to ensure NACOG is
reaching target audiences.\

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:\
An Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in Human
Resources, Public Administra?on,\
Business, or a related discipline, and two years experience in
recruitment; OR any equivalent combination\
of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to
perform the duties of the position.\
\
