Summary:
As a Customer Solution Center Dispute Resolution Specialist, you are more than just a financial resource for our customers; you are an expert in your field and are the first line of defense in protecting them. You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting role assisting customers with disputing transactions and offering real-time resolution whenever possible.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls regarding transactions the customers wish to dispute and; in addition to answering any questions regarding deposit account products
Act as a liaison between customers and merchants to resolve discrepancies without the need for a dispute
Provide customers with first call resolution
Adhere to bank policies and procedures
Maintain up to date knowledge on all HNB products, services, technology, and procedures
Manage reputational risk by complying with risk standards
Work individually and with your team to meet & exceed established goals

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrating accountability with attendance and performance and currently not on any form of Written Warning
6 months CSC experience
Meet or exceed YTD Scorecard
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of Phone Bank resources and policies
Positive attitude and desire to learn with a passion for service
