On The Move Coaches Motor Coach Driver in Flint, Michigan

Seeking qualified bus drivers to transport passengers between locations as a part of a charter.Responsibilities include: following specified time schedules, inspecting vehicles before departure and upon return, assisting passengers on and off the bus, and ensuring the safety of all passengers. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills along with customer service and time management skills.

CONDITIONS FOR HIRE/EMPLOYMENT:

  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA EQUIVALENT (GED)
  • VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE (CDL) WITH "P" ENDORSEMENT
  • MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE INSURABLE
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS SUBSTANCE ABUSE SCREENING
  • ABILITY TO PASS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOT) PHYSICAL EXAM
  • MUST FOLLOW ALL DOT REGULATIONS
  • AVAILABILITY TO WORK A VARIABLE SCHEDULE (INCLUDING NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS AND SOME OVERNIGHTS)
  • ABILITY TO LIFT OR MANIPULATE BAGGAGE AND CARGO UP TO 75 POUNDS
  • Two years motor coach driving experience is REQUIRED. Drivers will also receive training upon hire. At the conclusion of training, bus drivers will be familiar enough with their vehicle and their route to work without supervision.Required exper
