The ideal candidate will be one that is able to prioritize tasks and work with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities:
? Book all travel arrangements for all employees
? Manage phone calls, voicemail messages and correspondence (i.e., emails)
? Post all jobs, as well as maintain list of current jobs for internal team distribution
? Stay current with all paperwork to be filed -- to include obtaining any missing information,
create new hire personnel files, etc.
? Maintain and update electronic recruiting database daily
? Complete backgrounds and schedule drug testing as applicable per customer request
? Create project worksheets for all projects with all applicable information (i.e., manpower, hotel, flights, per diem, etc.)
? Attend all team/department meetings
? Submit timely reports to supervisor
? Support entire team whenever necessary
? Other duties as needed at discretion of management
