REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 25 years of age. * Must possess a
High School diploma (or GED equivalent). * Must have a valid driver\'s
license and adequate transportation. * Must have two (2) or more years
of professional front office/reception experience including scheduling,
with common office equipment, and multi-line phone system; or equivalent
combination of education, experience, and training that provides the
required knowledge, skills, and abilities. * Must have at least one (1)
year of mail room experience including package mailing with USPS, FedX
and UPS. * Excellent computer skills required in Microsoft Windows
environment, including Excel, Word, and Outlook (to include scheduling).
* Must possess strong written and communication skills. * Ability to
complete projects in a timely manner. * Good oral and written
communication skills with the ability to multitask and problem solve. *
This is a covered position and will be subject to pre-employment drug
testing and criminal history background check. * Must have employment
eligibility in the U.S. * Indian preference will be observed in the
hiring process. * Must obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of
hire. JOB DUTIES: * Provide administrative support for all staff and
departments at the Florence Outreach Office. * Answer phones and direct
calls for all departments. * Receive and distribute mail to all
departments. * Process outgoing mail using various carriers maintaining
mail log. * Greet and direct visitors as per policy. * Manage
conference room schedule. * Support conference room set-up as needed.
* Assist with vehicle check-out process. * Assist with building and
office keys as needed. * Maintain supply inventory and order as needed.
Includes maintaining stock list and performing yearly inventory. *
Share organizational communication received via email and hard copy. *
Travel to Coos Bay, Eugene, and events as needed. * Provide support to
Tribal Membership during assign events and activities. * Manage credit
card check out process for the Florence Outreach Office and coordinate
receipt submission to Finance Office in Coos Bay in compliance with
Finance policies and procedures. * Develop and maintain a confidential
filing system to track activity of various kinds. * Submit maintenance
tickets and coordinate with property manager and maintenance for
necessary building repairs. * Design flyers and assist with Newsletter
content as needed. * Maintain brochures, pamphlets, flyers, and
reference material in Florence Outreach Office. * Interact with Tribal
Members and General Public in courteous, efficient, and professional
manner. * Keep lobby, front conference room, front office, supply area,
and mail room organized. * Utilize appropriate written and oral
communication. * Other duties as assigned. HOURS: Full time, days PAY:
\$20.52/hour DOE WORKSITE: Florence, Oregon
