We are seeking a professional and caring Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) to join our growing Outpatient Telehealth Massachusetts team!
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Outpatient Therapist will provide specialized services and care to our Telehealth patients in Massachusetts in accordance with NFS’ policies. Compensation:
Fee for Service:
$45/hour for MA Level
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65-$70/hour for independent license

DBT Therapist Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
DBT Certification and at least 1 year of experience
Clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (prior to start)
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
