Title: MANAGER NETWORK PERFORMANCE Location: Florida Job Number: 213204
The Manager of Network Performance reports to the Director, BayCare Physician Partners (BPP) Operations and Network Management, and is responsible for managing the development, implementation and operations of the BPP network operations, outreach and risk adjustment program teams. The manager is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the risk adjustment and clinical documentation improvement strategy for the Network, including regular data analysis and reporting on outcomes and development of Network Provider education, training and auditing tools. The manager is also responsible for overseeing the development of the BPP network communication and education strategy, including the appropriate distribution methods for various customer groups, and works with PHSO leadership to ensure consistent messaging of all Network activities. Works with various stakeholders across the organization to achieve PHSO and organizational goals. Oversees BPP Operations under the direction of the Director BPP Operations and Network Management, including payer relations. Other duties as assigned. 3 years of Clinically Integrated Network or Accountable Care Organization experience is required. HCC Risk Adjustment experience is preferred. CPC or CRC preferred.
