Technical Business Analyst

Title - Technical Business Analyst

Location – Tampa FL (Hybrid)

Duration – Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand business needs and processes

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in financial data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving

Required Skills

  • 8 years of experience in similar role preferably in finance domain.

  • Proficient in Requirements gathering and Solution Design.

  • Preferably Technical Architect for Data warehouse projects.

  • Strong knowledge of BI reporting Oracle PL SQL, ETL.

  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripts Autosys.

  • Should Possess Good Communication Skills and able to co ordinate with End Users Knowledge in Big data tools like Spark Hive etc is desirable.

  • Exp in Capital Markets Mandatory P L estimation and forecasting Risk Calculation Analytical thinking and problem solving aptitude
