Technical Business Analyst
Title - Technical Business Analyst
Location – Tampa FL (Hybrid)
Duration – Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand business needs and processes
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving
Required Skills
8 years of experience in similar role preferably in finance domain.
Proficient in Requirements gathering and Solution Design.
Preferably Technical Architect for Data warehouse projects.
Strong knowledge of BI reporting Oracle PL SQL, ETL.
Knowledge of MicroStrategy is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripts Autosys.
Should Possess Good Communication Skills and able to co ordinate with End Users Knowledge in Big data tools like Spark Hive etc is desirable.
Exp in Capital Markets Mandatory P L estimation and forecasting Risk Calculation Analytical thinking and problem solving aptitude
