and development. Position Summary As a leader in our Deposit Operations
department, you will be responsible for managing the staff and
activities of the Account Services Teams with an emphasis on operational
activities. These teams include Fraud Support, Payments and
Reconciliation, Imaging, and Quality Review. You will also ensure that
nightly processing is complete, participate in product launches and
service enhancements, and serve as a key team member for acquisitions.
This is an important leadership position related to risk management
within the deposit operations space. Skills & Attributes Needed To be

knowledge of Deposit Operations, proficient technical skills and expert
product & services knowledge. Ability to make critical decisions
regarding customer transactions, potential fraud, or other immediate
needs. Knowledge of applicable banking and/or regulatory policies and
procedures, including a basic understanding of the operations of other
departments and branches. Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess
the following qualifications: Highest level of confidentiality and
discretion of customer and bank information. Proficient in various
computer software including MS Excel, Word, and Teams and all
functional-related software and solutions. Minimum of 7 years of bank
operations experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people.
Bachelor\'s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
ACH Certification, Faster Payments Certification and Certified Check
