The positions will serve all three counties in ADVOCAP\'s service area: Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Winnebago counties. Responsibilities Include: This positions will assist qualifying persons with the creation and expansion of small businesses. As needed, connect low-income individuals with higher education opportunities Maintain proper case notes and tracking self-sufficiency goals ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree in Business with two or more years of related experience in the private sector. Extended related experience may be substituted for degree Economic development and commercial banking a plus Possess knowledge of business and financial plan writing Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and software for business, marketing, financing, loan packaging, and of State/Federal programs; licenses and permits required Previous successful business ownership highly desired Reliable transportation, a valid driver\'s license and an acceptable driving record to travel over 3 counties.
