Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our Jefferson CCS Service
Facilitators program. Our program provides case management services to
individuals and families with severe mental health and/or substance use
disorders, and are at-risk of psychiatric inpatient hospitalizations or
other out-of-home placements. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be
responsible for providing day-to-day management and supervision to the
Service Facilitators (line staff). The Mental Health Professional will
also provide mental health clinical supervision to both the Service
Facilitators and Direct Service Providers, to ensure that our clients

their ultimate potential! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLINICAL
SUPERVISOR: Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of
the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Service Facilitators program.
Provide day-to-day consultation and regular clinical supervision to
Service Facilitators to assure effective and quality clinical
programming for clients. Review cases, assess performance, and provide
feedback to Service Facilitators; and supervise and guide Facilitators
in appropriate service delivery. Responsible for hiring, training,
supervising, evaluating, and disciplining of program staff. Assist with
incoming client referrals and new case assignments for Service
Facilitators. Monitor quality assurance through regular file reviews.
Monitor the program budget. Maintain data and generate reports necessary
for ongoing tracking and reporting of participants. Ensure staff are
following the crisis procedure and act as a resource for workers in
emergency and crisis situations. Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative
services through CCS as the Mental Health Professional. Ensure the
collaboration of service providers. SALARY: \$65,000-70,000 LOCATION:
Office is based at our Fort Atkinson office, with flexibility to work
hybrid/remote. Must be able to attend in-person meetings as needed with
clients in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. SCHEDULE: Hours are typically

Must have a Master\'s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal
Justice, or related. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or
Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Wisconsin Two years of
previous experience working with youth and families is required. Must
have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver\'s license
