The Full-Time Delivery Specialist position is responsible for safely operating
a box truck to transport product to and from specified destinations while
complying with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. These positions will
be delivering product on carts from our facilities to the customer and could
include the loading and unloading of product from trailers and or box trucks.
Most runs will be local with no layovers. Required work hours may be up to the
legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and
may require weekend and/or holiday work. Start times will vary by route.
Delivery Specialists are responsible for pre and post trip truck
inspections, driver's daily logs, and loading and unloading trucks.
Drivers are responsible for delivering product, obtaining signature of
receipt, picking up returns and completing logs and other paperwork related
to deliveries.
