Prior supervisory experience preferred Minimum Certification Requirements: Universal EPA Certification Job Duties: Must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose and repair various HVAC specialties. Siemens Desigo and DDC experience needed. Much of the day will be spent overseeing and assisting in preventive maintenance tasks and work requests being performed by HVAC technicians, seeing that their work tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for directing HVAC technicians in the repair of HVAC systems including AHUs, VAVs, PIUs, etc. Work hours very Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position: Must be familiar with office and laboratory building operations and maintenance. Experienced with AHU's Phoenix valves, VAVs and PIUs. Experienced in maintenance of positive pressured clean rooms, negative pressure labs and in the operations of building automation systems. Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and electronically.
