As a Kimball Midwest Sales Manager, you will...
Complete the initial field sales training program, allowing you to become
familiar with our market strategy, our products, and your territory
Participate in sales development programs designed to assist you with account
penetration, product knowledge, and recruiting and developing your own
sales team
Partner with the internal recruiting department to grow your sales team
Be the face of the recruiting effort, leading the charge in the recruiting
process-from interviewing to selecting and hiring sales candidates
Execute corporate initiatives and sales plans to make sure you and your sales
representatives are successful
Develop your sales representatives as they grow their own business using our
sales programs
