Estimated annual base pay: $102,700 (minimum) - $128,400
(midpoint) - $154,100(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Engineering Analyst, we
have an exciting opportunity for you! The Senior Engineering Analyst
(level 3) reports to Engineering Leadership whose focus is performing
independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and
modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying
out a sequence of engineering tasks. This position works under a moderate to
low level of supervision. Independent technical decisions on work are covered
by precedents; this position seeks direction/guidance on novel or
controversial problems. In addition, this position may participate in

What you will be doing...
Plans, scheduled and coordinates analysis phases of a project
Supports failure element analysis investigations
Competent with basic analysis techniques and devises new approaches
Provides direction and mentors lower level analysts
Participates in peer and design reviews
Develops/improves techniques and tools to assist project and design
engineering
Interacts with internal departments and customers to identify and mitigate
design risks
Creates analysis models to support robust and reliable designs
Writes reports and gives presentations to customers and internal management
Assists Test Engineering with test planning
Participates in IRAD/special projects to develop novel technologies
Performs mechanical analysis (primarily structural and thermal) on
subsystems and systems
